Hands-on coaching that helps your family carry your child's progress into everyday life, not just the hours an RBT is in your home.

You're the one holding things together between sessions: managing meltdowns, translating clinical language into daily life, and walking into IEP meetings without knowing quite what to expect. Parent training means you don't carry that alone.
Training happens two ways: naturally, as you sit in on your child's regular sessions and pick up strategies in real time, and more formally, through coaching sessions built around what your family is working through right now, like a hard bedtime, a new morning routine, or a tough behavior. We also come with you to IEP meetings and help manage reauthorization paperwork, so none of that lands on your shoulders alone.
Training is built around what your family needs most, often including:
Responding to Challenging Behaviors
Building Daily Living Routines
Supporting Emotional Regulation
Navigating IEP Meetings & School Communication
Managing Reauthorizations & Insurance Paperwork

Empowering Minds was built after years of watching families get lost inside bigger, more corporate ABA providers. It was designed to feel different: small enough that your family is never just a name on a caseload, and personal enough that the same faces show up, session after session. That's still what guides how we work:
From first contact to first therapy session, we make every step clear and easy for your family.
